civil<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de division Saly Mohamadou est n\u00e9 vers 1949 \u00e0 Dembo, localit\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement de la Benou\u00e9, r\u00e9gion du Nord.
