At the end of the union, both senior officials unanimously acknowledged the need to boost the cooperation framework already existing between their institutions, by enhancing regional focal points. The focals points will serve as a forum for ongoing consultation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5994\"
