enabled the Cameroon Navy&#8217;s Judicial Police Officers with special jurisdiction to implement the procedure for gathering evidence at sea, and the other players involved to test the entire judicial chain involved in such circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2898\"
