Chief of Staff was flanked by officers, petty officers, leading ratings and seamen of the Headquarters.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3726\" src=\"https:\/\/mindef.gov.cm\/marine-nationale\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/10\/RANK-PROMOTION-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/> <img
