military events:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the recovery board;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pull-ups on a fixed bar in pronation;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; abs;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; a Cooper test.<\/p>\n<p>This COVAPI aims to prepare men for the next Operational Aptitude Check (CAO) and assess the physical level of the personnel, in order to readjust the practice of Military and Sports Physical Training if necessary.<\/p>\n<p><img
