AFFAIRS<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9903da0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9903da0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Department of Administrative and Regulatory Affairs is in charge of :<\/p><ul><li>general and administrative studies;<\/li><li>preliminary drafts of legislative and regulatory texts;<\/li><li>litigations;<\/li><li>pensions;<\/li><li>the social welfare of the Armed Forces;<\/li><li>matters relating to the functioning of the social welfare bodies of the Armed Forces and the National War Veterans, Ex-servicemen and War Victims\u2019 Office;<\/li><li>the documentation and the Main Library of the Armed Forces and \u00a0Gendarmerie.<\/li><\/ul><p>1\u00b0) The Department of Administrative and Regulatory Affairs is placed under the authority of a director, an officer appointed by decree of the President of the Republic, and assisted if need be, by a deputy director, officer or civil servant appointed by order of the President of the Republic.The Director of Administrative and Regulatory Affairs shall have under his authority ,Research Officers and Assistant Research Officers , officers or civil servants appointed by order of the President of the Republic.<\/p><p>2\u00b0) The Director of Administrative and Regulatory Affairs may receive by order of the Minister in charge of Defence, delegation of signature for certain matters within his competence.<\/p><p>\u00a03\u00b0) The ranks and prerogatives of the officers referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be laid down by separate instruments.<\/p><p>The Department of Administrative and Regulatory Affairs\u00a0 shall comprise:<\/p><ul><li>the Secretariat ;<\/li><li>\u00a0the Means Bureau;<\/li><li>the Stores Bureau;<\/li><li>the Data-Processing Service ;<\/li><li>the Studies and Regulations Service;<\/li><li>the Litigation Service;<\/li><li>the Pensions service;<\/li><li>the Social Welfare and Schools Central Service;<\/li><li>the Documentation and Central Library of the Armed Forces and Gendarmerie.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-713e28f elementor-hidden-tablet
