Equipment shall be placed under the authority of a director, an officer appointed by decree of the President of the Republic and assisted, if need be, by a deputy , an officer or civil servant appointed by order of the President of the Republic.<\/p><p>The Director of Budget and Equipment shall have\u00a0 under his authority,Research Officers and Assistant \u00a0Research Officers, officers or civil servants appointed by order of the President of the Republic.<\/p><p>2\u00b0) The Director of Budget and Equipment may receive by order of the Minister in charge of\u00a0 Defence, delegation of signature for certain matters within his competence.<\/p><p>3\u00b0) The ranks and prerogatives of the officers referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be laid down by separate instruments.<\/p><p>The Department of Budget and Equipment shall comprise:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the secretariat ;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Means Bureau:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Stores Bureau;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Budget Execution Control Bureau;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Data-Processing Service ;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Budget Preparation Service;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Budget Execution Service;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u2013 <\/strong>the Contracts Service.<\/p><p>1\u00b0) The Control brigade shall carry out an internal audit mission on the execution<\/p><p>of\u00a0 the budget and contracts.<\/p><p>2\u00b0) The Control brigade shall be placed under the authority of a brigade head<\/p><p>appointed by order of the President of the Republic. The head brigade shall have rank andprerogatives of a deputy director .He shall have Research Officers and\u00a0 Assistant Research Officers under his authority.<\/p><p>3\u00b0) Internal audit shall be carried on the instructions of the Director of Budget and<\/p><p>Equipment.<\/p><p>Under the authority of a service head, \u00a0the Data-Processing Service shall comprise :<\/p><p
