{"id":3111,"date":"2023-12-05T19:12:43","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T18:12:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindef.gov.cm\/secretariat-general\/?p=3111"},"modified":"2023-12-08T16:16:16","modified_gmt":"2023-12-08T15:16:16","slug":"deroulement-des-elections-des-delegues-du-personnel-civil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindef.gov.cm\/secretariat-general\/2023\/12\/05\/deroulement-des-elections-des-delegues-du-personnel-civil\/","title":{"rendered":"ELECTIONS DES DELEGUES DU PERSONNEL CIVIL EN SERVICE AU MINISTERE DE LA DEFENSE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A ce titre, deux coll\u00e8ges \u00e9lectoraux leur \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, celui des d\u00e9cisionnaires (coll\u00e8ge I), ainsi que celui des fonctionnaires et contractuels (coll\u00e8ge II). Les si\u00e8ges \u00e0 pourvoir \u00e9taient respectivement de cinq (05) et de sept (07) avec leurs suppl\u00e9ants.<\/p>\n<p>Sous le signe d\u00e9mocratique, une campagne \u00e9lectorale assez active et dynamique a permis aux candidats d\u2019exposer leur profession de foi aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9lectorat cible. Les programmes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par ces candidats visent \u00e0 apporter des r\u00e9ponses ad\u00e9quates \u00e0 certaines pr\u00e9occupations professionnelles exprim\u00e9es par le personnel civil du MINDEF notamment l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cadre et des conditions de travail ainsi que la gestion de leur carri\u00e8re qui pourraient trouver des solutions par le biais des concertations avec le Commandement.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issue du vote, la liste conduite par Monsieur <strong>LASSA Paulin<\/strong>, D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sortante a obtenu pr\u00e8s de <strong>63,51%<\/strong> de suffrages exprim\u00e9s, celles men\u00e9es par Messieurs <strong>ASSAKO Ulrich<\/strong> et <strong>NTYAME Simon<\/strong> totalisant ensuite respectivement <strong>19,21%<\/strong> et <strong>13,73%<\/strong>. Ces r\u00e9sultats conduisent ainsi ces derniers candidats au partage des si\u00e8ges selon le principe de la proportionnelle pr\u00e9vu par les textes en vigueur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est des D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel d\u00e9cisionnaire, une seule liste \u00e9tait en comp\u00e9tition.
