Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a connu une forte participation du personnel qui s\u2019est dit satisfait de cette initiative qui se veut p\u00e9renne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un souci d\u2019optimisation de l\u2019emploi de la ressource humaine servant \u00e0 la Direction des Ressources Humaines, le Colonel, DRH, a, dans son plan d\u2019action, instruit les Chefs des Services Mouvements des Personnels, Informatique et Fichier National, de mettre sur pied et d\u2019animer un programme de\u00a0formation au traitement des dossiers en ce qui concerne le SMP, aux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s informatiques, \u00e0 l\u2019entretien et \u00e0 la maintenance des mat\u00e9riels informatiques, \u00e0 la saisie de texte, \u00e0 la maitrise de Microsoft office\u00a0 Word et de Microsoft office Excel en ce qui concerne le service informatique. Quant au Service Fichier National, l\u2019effort a port\u00e9 sur la tenue des fichiers individuels des personnels et des Dossiers Administratifs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9e par le Colonel, DRH, le 02 novembre 2023, ces formations, ont connu l\u2019inscription de plusieurs personnels de la DRH et poursuivaient entre autres, un double objectif, \u00e0 savoir: le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des personnels traitants d\u2019une part, et la capacitation des volontaires identifi\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019effet d\u2019en faire de nouveaux traitants, d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p><img
