The Colonel, Major General of the Air Force, representing Air Brigadier General MOMHA Jean Calvin, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, presided over the ceremony of the wearing of stripes for the second quarter of the current financial year on 1 April 2024 in the Court of Honour of Ngaoundéré Air Force Base 302.
