DONATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE OCCASION OF ESIG’S 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
As part of celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the International War College (ESIG) of Yaounde, Brigadier General NKA Valère, Commander of ESIG, and several officials of the said College, donated medical equipment to some civilian, religious, and military health facilities at the Yaounde Garrison on Friday, July 18, 2025.

The purpose of this benevolent gesture gears at strengthening the Army-Nation bond so dear to the High Command, while demonstrating the Defense Forces’ constant commitment not only to ensuring national security but also for the well-being of every citizen.

Since health is a fundamental pillar of our nation’s development and stability, ESIG contributes to strengthening the operational capacities of medical centers and improving access to care for all, particularly the most vulnerable. This is a concrete action that demonstrates the willingness of our soldiers to serve their country in all its forms, including in the field of public health.

This initiative is fully in line with the vision of a citizen army, close to its people and concerned about their future. The 20th anniversary of the International War College of Yaounde is an opportunity to reaffirm the values of excellence, dedication and service that drive the Cameroonian Army and its troops. By training enlightened and committed leaders, the College also contributes to the defense of our country, as well as to its social progress.
