presided over the epaulette award ceremony for some fifteen non-commissioned officers sailors from various military formations in the Yaoundé garrison on 1 April 2024 in  the main courtyard at Navy.

While congratulating them on their promotions to higher ranks, he urged the recipients to demonstrate greater discipline, hard work and sacrifice.
