“Stopover of an Italian ship at the autonomous port of Douala”
It is in the wake of a series of military cooperation activities between Cameroon and Italy,

that the High Seas Patrol Vessel P492 ITS COMANDANTE BETTICA of the Italian Navy docked on April 13, 2024 at the Autonomous Port of Douala, for a 04-day stopover rich in exchange activities.

Several visits on board and to the civil, consular and military authorities of the place, a cocktail on board, a joint exercise at sea with the High Seas Patrol Vessel CNS and the NTEM of the Cameroonian Navy, allowed the 2 Marines to further strengthen their ties of friendship.
