Deployed in its area of responsibility for regalian missions, a maritime patrol from the Limbé Naval Base boarded, on 11 and 13 August 2024 respectively, 02 boats from a neighbouring country carrying a total of 37500 litres of smuggled fuel.

The crews and cargo were presented to the Commander of the local Naval Base for the usual due diligence with the competent authorities.
