Accompanied by the Prefect of the Fako department and the commanders of the Navy formations, in his address to the young sailors he reminded them of the need to serve and defend territorial integrity against all forms of aggression with dedication, self-sacrifice and a spirit of retreat. The ceremony ended with a military parade and a family photo.
