Director of Security and Defense Cooperation (DSCD), and his entourage were received in audience this Thursday, April 18, 2024 at the Naval Staff by Rear Admiral MENDOUA Jean, Chief of Staff of the Navy, who for the occasion was surrounded by his closest Great Collaborators.

At the heart of the discussions were bilateral cooperation issues, particularly the training component.
