Brigadier General Richard NG'ANDU, Defence Attaché of the Republic of Zambia to Cameroon with residence in Kinshasa,

was received at the Navy Staff on 14 August 2024 as part of his tour of contacts with senior officials of the Cameroon Ministry of Defence, by Captain NGONGE SONE Emmanuel, Technical Inspector on the Naval Staff, representing Rear-Admiral MENDOUA Jean, Chief of the Navy Staff.

Discussions focused on the prospects for bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of training and joint exercises.
