The Human Resources Department: an opening to the world for a better proximity with users.
Alongside the other structures of the Ministry of Defense grouped together in a military bivouac-type space, the Human Resources Department is leaving an indelible mark on its presence at the Yaoundé International Business, SME and Partnership Exhibition, PROMOTE 2024.

This 9th edition, which takes place from 17 to 25 February 2024 at the Yaoundé Convention Centre, remains a showcase of choice and quality for structures wishing to share their know-how with a wide audience with diverse expectations. For the duration of this important meeting of giving and receiving, the elements of the HRD deployed for this purpose have the responsibility of enlightening the lantern of the many visitors on the sovereign missions of the HRD within the Ministry of Defence on the one hand, and on the general questions of recruitment and career profile within the Defence Forces on the other hand.

Since the opening of this important biennial event, hundreds of visitors have been counted in this stand, which is considered to be the gateway to the deployment of MINDEF. All questions relating to the recruitment of civilians and military personnel within the Ministry of Defence, internships, promotions and other issues related to careers within the Defence Forces, find satisfactory answers in this stand run by a dynamic and experienced team.

Aware of the interest given to career management within the Defence Forces, the Human Resources Department intends to take advantage of these 9 days of proximity with users and other state structures, in this B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) meeting, to demonstrate to the general public that the Cameroonian Army, although the great mute, intends to resolutely demonstrate its projection towards the professionalization of the Forces instructed by the High Command through professional career management.
