Alongside other structures, namely the Military Security Division (SEMIL), the Military Health Directorate (DSM), the HR teams have the heavy responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of this stage of the recruitment process. It is their responsibility to identify candidates, verify diplomas and the conformity of other documents required for this stage and, finally, examine and process, where applicable, requests made by applicants.

Supervising this phase of ordinary recruitment 2023, the Colonel, Director of Human Resources, ordered each of the teams deployed on the ground to demonstrate professionalism through diligence and rectitude in the face of young Cameroonians from all sides who are striking by the thousands at the doors of the Defense Forces, via the various competitions and recruitments organized.

Scheduled to end on February 29, these In-Depth Medical Visit operations, whose relevance remains proven in the construction of a strong and professional army, will, in the long term, bring out the young nugget who, after his time in the different Training Centers, will constitute the backbone of our army.
