According to the Acting Inspector General of the Army, Navy Captain NDZANA MVONDO Christophe, the seminar aim at fostering a collaborative environment where experienced inspectors can engage with participants, share valuable insights and knowledge. The acting Inspector General of the Army added that, the seminar is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
This initiative marks a proactive step by the IGA to ensure that its personnel are well-equiped and drilled on the organisational chart of the Ministry of Defence and the different corps that constitute the Defence Forces. This workshop will also serves as a platform to underscore the significance of experiential learning to meet the challenges of their roles, while also fostering a sense of unity and cohesion within the Inspectorate. As the seminar unfolds, it promises to be a valuable opportunity for growth and development wthin the ranks of the Cameroon Defence Forces.
