While exalting God to bless the 36th batch of officers, Reverend Father Jaque Ndjouga drew inspiration from the Holy Book of Mathiew chapter 18, verses 12 to 14 and Psalms 95. They clergy and Imam, Fouwou Ismael of the Central Mosque of Simbock asked for the guidance protection of the 36th batch and called on the almighty to guide and protect the orphans of the falling comrades and a perpetual rest of their parents.

The ecumenical service comes to conclude the series of activities earmarked ahead of the celebration of the 10th anniversary amongst which were; a sports walk, football encounter blood donation and gifts given to orphans of their fallen comrades who fell arms in hand in the different theaters of operation.

It should be noted that 10 years ago when the Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces presided the graduation Ceremony of the 36th batch wherein he urged the batch of Unity and Diversity to remain true to the values that are the bedrock of our Nation and that guides the action of our Army.

It is worthy of noting that the batch name, Unity and Diversity is fully justified in the current context which reminds us not only of the very essence of our country and our army, but also the foundation in which our Nation is been built.
