During the ceremony, the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence reminded Brigadier General Mveh Alexandre Fernand of the hideous task that awaits him and he should not relent proving his worth as he takes to the helm of the of the 12th Motorized Infantry Brigade. He congratulated the Brigadier General while wishing the best in his career.

Brigadier General Mveh Alexandre Fernand has served in different capacities as the Commander of the southern zone of Operation Alpha, Commander of the 2nd Rapid Intervention Battalion in the East Region, Deputy Coordinator, responsible for civil military actions in hostile areas among others.
