π‘‡β„Žπ‘’ π‘ π‘’π‘šπ‘–π‘›π‘Žπ‘Ÿ 𝑖𝑠 π‘”π‘’π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘’π‘‘ π‘Žπ‘‘ π‘’π‘›β„Žπ‘Žπ‘›π‘π‘–π‘›π‘” π‘‘β„Žπ‘’ π‘π‘Žπ‘π‘–π‘π‘–π‘™π‘–π‘‘π‘–π‘’π‘  π‘œπ‘“ π‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘œπ‘›π‘›π‘’π‘™ π‘€β„Žπ‘–π‘β„Ž 𝑀𝑖𝑙𝑙 π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘› π‘“π‘œπ‘Ÿ 12 π‘€π‘’π‘’π‘˜π‘ .

According to the Acting Inspector General of the Army, Navy Captain NDZANA MVONDO Christophe, the seminar aim at fostering a collaborative environment where experienced inspectors can engage with participants, share valuable insights and knowledge. The acting Inspector General of the Army added that, the seminar is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

This initiative marks a proactive step by the IGA to ensure that its personnel are well-equiped and drilled on the organisational chart of the Ministry of Defence and the different corps that constitute the Defence Forces. This workshop will also serves as a platform to underscore the significance of experiential learning to meet the challenges of their roles, while also fostering a sense of unity and cohesion within the Inspectorate. As the seminar unfolds, it promises to be a valuable opportunity for growth and development wthin the ranks of the Cameroon Defence Forces.
