In a remarkable display of architectural prowess and military precision, the Military Engineering Corps has successfully completed the construction of a brand-new building for the Innovation and Digital Business Incubation Centre. This impressive edifice was achieved in just twelve months, half the time stipulated in the operational agreement.
The 375 m², two-story building was officially inaugurated on March 13, 2025, by the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Jacques Fame Ndongo, accompanied by Brigadier General Assoualai Blama, Commander of the 11th Motorized Infantry Brigade (BRIM). The newly constructed Centre is an integral part of the International Higher School of Digital Engineering at the Inter-State University of Congo-Cameroon.

This modern infrastructure is a testament to the expertise of the Military Engineering Corps’ commitment and contribution to the country’s development, aligning with the policy of the Head of State, Commander-in -Chief of the Armed Forces.
Professor Marcel Fouda Ndjodo, coordinator of the Congo-Cameroon Inter-State University, praised the exceptional performance of the Military Engineering Corps, highlighting the significance of this project. The centre is expected to foster innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation as well as further solidifying the bilateral relationship between Cameroon and Congo.
