The project, which comprise of three phases will see the erection of 46 buildings spread on a surface area of 45 hectares.

The first phase includes the construction of buildings and facilities for probationary training. The second phase will comprise of the construction of buildings and facilities for the training of cadet officers in their first and second years of training. The third phase will constitute the construction of buildings and facilities for initiation training, unit command and general services (hospital, fuel depot, residential areas, etc.).

The first phase of the project started on February 15, 2024 and will last for 24 months. So far, about 40% of this phase has been completed with only 17% of the initial time consumed. While concluding, he thanked the Director of the Military Engineering Corps, Colonel Kamgain Jackson as well as the rest of his personnel for their commitment and professionalism.

It is worth noting that when the first, second and third phases are completed, the campus will be able to train 1 600 cadet officers and officers’ trainee simultaneously that is 1 200 cadet officers and 400 officers’ trainee.
