To this the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of defence called on Brigadier General Ngolo Ngomba Tobie Gabriel to emulate the example of his predecessor by reinforcing the security mechanism in order for the region to stay safe and for people to go about their activities hitch free.

The minister equally drew his attention in collaborating with administrative and traditional rulers likewise the population to promote the bond between the army and the nation.

Before his appointment on the 15th of July 2025, Brigadier General Ngolo Ngomba held some posts of responsibility amongst which are; head of the third office of the presidential guard, staff officer at the presidential guard, commander of the training and combat readiness center in the forest zone (CEAF) Motcheboum and deputy chief of the military secretariat.
