National Fire Fighters Corps : unity celebrated over a common meal.
After the celebration of the 52nd edition of the National Unity Day under the theme the Army and Nation together for a United, Peaceful and Prosperous Cameroon,

the Commander of the National Firefighters Corps, Brigadier General Mahamat Ahmed Kotoko offered a common meal at the Command Post of the National Fire Fighters Corps at Warda on Friday May 24, 2024.

The personnel of the Firefighters Corps gathered around their Commander for the traditional moment of conviviality relaxation and sharing to boost the spirit of togetherness. The aim of this initiative is to mark the fraternity and camaraderie that exist between the different components of the Defence Forces.

The event was geared at promoting living together as a bedrock of peace and security, contributing to the preservation of peace, the consolidation of the national unity and the strengthening experience with harmonious living together. It was as well a moment of bond, exaltation reaffirmation of the old and solid ties amongst the personnel of the Firefighters Corps.

The Brigadier General Mahamat Ahmed Kotoko also seized the convivial moment to express his satisfaction in the show the corps put up at the 20th May Boulevard during the celebration Cameroon’s National Unity Day. In a relax and hospitable mood, Brigadier General Mahamat Ahmed Kotoko went round the tables to galvanize his troops with a toast and handshakes which was thus a moment of union and cohesion.
