The night parade of cohesion and immitation by outgoing CIESO.
The eve of the graduation ceremony of the Non-Commission Officers, is usually dedicated to an all-night cohesion and fraternity amongst the trainees and their instructors.

On May 26, 2024 at the assembly ground of thé training Centre, the military ritual was dedicated to bid farewell to the 6th contingent after passing 24 months in the training centre.

For close to 8 hours, the laureates or future Non-Commission Officers and their instructors gathered around a hip of fire to commune, imitate their favourite or most noticed instructor and why not the commandant of the school.

It was a moment of conviviality as the graduating Non-Commissioned Officers for once could sit together with their trainers and even dance together as the evening was spiced with melodious sounds performed by the orchestra of the Main Band of the Army.

The objective of the night parade of cohesion was to create a favourable climate for a free will dialogue between the trainees and their instructors, so that they will know that all the different

manoeuvres assigned to them by their instructors was not because they hated them but to instil knowledge and military mind set in them.

The objective of the memorable evening was attained as all the fresh Non-Commissioned Officers sincerely congratulated their instructors for making them strong and dynamic soldiers they have become and promise to keep and replicate these virtues (patriotism, discipline and abnegation) in their different areas of posting.
