Veterans commune in joy and nostalgia at ONACAM head office WARDA
The National Office of Veterans, Ex-servicemen, and War Victims of Cameroon (ONACAM) hosted a cohesion meal for its personnel at the Maison de Combatant (Warda Office Hall) on May 22, 2025.

The event, presided over by Secretary of State to the Minister of Defence in charge of Ex-servicemen and War Victims, Koumpa Issa, and ONACAM Director General, retired Colonel Alfred Fuller, brought together retired soldiers and war victims of all ranks.

The ceremony served as an opportunity to express gratitude to retirees for their exceptional performance during the 53rd National Day celebrations. The gathering was marked by merriment, nostalgia, and the sharing of lasting memories. The ONACAM Director General thanked the Secretary of State for his unwavering support in improving the living conditions of ex-servicemen and war victims.

The event featured musical performances by the Ex-servicemen and War Victims Music Band, playing renowned Cameroonian artistsโ€™ songs, adding to the festive atmosphere. The occasion concluded with souvenir photo shoots, further strengthening bonds among attendees.
