“Combating Falsified Medicines and Illicit Trafficking in Pharmaceuticals”
As part of the national plan to combat counterfeit medicines and illicit trafficking in pharmaceutical products,

the Cameroon Navy has set up a set of permanent actions around its sensors, sensors and capabilities, which will have enabled the Maritime Patrol of the Douala Naval Base to seize on the water this Wednesday, April 24, 2024,  At around 5 p.m., 02 dugout canoes from a neighboring country, carrying a large quantity of contraband medicines.

After the drafting of the offence report by the new Judicial Police Officers with Special Competence of the Navy, the 06 Members of the 2 crews as well as their cargoes were placed at the disposal of the Commander of the Naval Base of these vessels, for diligence with the competent authorities.
