Programme for the reretrained:’ The first results of a fruitful partnership between the Secretariat of State for Defence in charge of Ex-Servicemen and War Victims (SED/CACVG),

The Binguela School of Agriculture (EPAB), the Obala Institute of Agriculture (IAO), and the Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (APME), under the aegis of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). Ex-servicemen from the ten Regional Divisions of the SED/CACVG benefited from several training courses for the 2022 financial year. Some of them have been trained in entrepreneurship, while others have been trained in agro-sylvanian trades such as fish farming, market gardening, poultry farming, pig farming, food and field crops.
