The International Day of Disabled Persons :MINDEF keeps pace with the international community.
The Secretary of State for Defence in charge of Ex-Servicemen and War Victims, Koumpa Issa, representing the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence,

Joseph Beti Assomo, presided over on Saturday, 3 December 2022, the commemorative ceremony of the 30th edition of the International Day of Disabled Persons within the Defence and Security Forces, at the Military Brigade Headquarters. The sports activities, which took place in the presence of a large number of General Officers, Officers as well as the general public, were an opportunity to discover the various artistic, cultural and sports talents of these people with physical disabilities.
