STUDY MISSION OF THE 21st CLASS OF THE SIMBOCK ESIG IN BRAZIL : Diplomatic Hospitality and Highlights of a successful Immersion.
At the end of its stay in Rio de Janeiro, and prior to returning to São Paulo for departure formalities back to Simbock, the ESIG 21st Class experienced a ninth day highlighted by diplomatic hospitality.

This Thursday, July 09, 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cameroon to the Federative Republic of Brazil hosted a warm luncheon for the delegation, represented by his Second Counselor, Mr. Frédéric SEME.

On behalf of the student officers and staff, the Brigadier General, Commandant of ESIG, expressed his deep gratitude to the Ambassador, as well as to Cameroon’s Defense Attaché to Brazil, represented by his deputy, Lieutenant Colonel EKOKOLA Nathaniel Nwese. Warm thanks were also extended to the Brazilian liaison officer and his assistant for the numerous coordination facilities provided throughout the mission.

Special recognition was given to Ms. Laeticia, whose invaluable support in translation, logistics, and integration greatly facilitated the delegation’s smooth immersion into Brazilian cities and institutions.

As the Rio de Janeiro chapter comes to a close, this wonderful moment of camaraderie reinforced the strong human and institutional ties uniting Cameroon and Brazil, successfully crowning a high-level study mission.
