The special security evaluation meeting had as objective to assess the political, socio-economic and security challenges in Cameroon as well as to advocate all possible actions and propositions to eradicate all forms of threats in and around the national territory especially in the crisis prone areas.

The in-camera meeting, brought together the Secretaries of State in Charge of the National Gendarmerie and Ex-servicemen and War Victims, the Delegate General for National Security, the Director General for External Research, the Inspector General representing the Minister of Territorial Administration, the Defence Chief of Staff, Chiefs of Staff as well as the Central and Territorial Commanders.
