On the ground, Rear Admiral ADE NKWENTI Hilary inspected military formations and gendarmerie brigades to evaluate troop readiness and establish an accurate picture of local security challenges. These visits were punctuated by strategic working sessions with administrative and traditional authorities to streamline the response to surrounding security threats.
During discussions with the troops, COMRMIA 3 reiterated core command directives: maximum operational readiness, strict discipline, enhanced inter-force cohesion, exemplary conduct, and absolute respect for the civilian population.
At the conclusion of this stage, the flag officer stressed that continuous, close collaboration between the Defence and Security Forces, civil administration, and traditional authorities remains the sole guarantee for lasting peace in Adamawa.
