The four-day capacity building seminar on Human Resource Management launched on March 25, 2024 for civilian and military Stake holders of the Ministry of Defence has been concluded.
The seminar chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, Said Kamsouloum representing the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence saw the participants take part in seven different workshops.

The facilitators of this seminar through their rich professional experiences in the human Resource domain edified the stakeholders on technics to apply in the management of their personnel for better results.

Many resolutions were taken during the seminar, amongst them the career management and orientation of soldiers, administrative follow-up of the soldiers by their unit Commanders, the management of civilian personnel as well as the creation of favourable conditions for refresher and professional courses in and out the country.

 

The participating personnel through their rapporteurs at the end of seminar appreciated the initiative of the High Command in organizing a seminar of this nature which they recommended to continue.

The organization of this seminar shows the will of the High Command to create favourable conditions for better opportunities for young men and women of the Ministry of Defence to enable them better serve in their respective domains.
