This ceremony was chaired by Colonel NDJATCHOU SANI Hilaire, Inspector No. 1 at the National Gendarmerie, who was representing the Secretary of State to the Minister of Defence, in charge of the National Gendarmerie.

The course started on 12 August 2024 and was attended by 74 trainees, including 54 Gendarmes and 24 soldiers from other corps of the Defence Forces.

For about four months, trainees received teachings in three modules, namely general professional knowledge, music theory and performance practice. At the end of the course, 73 trainees were declared successful.

In his speech, Colonel NDJATCHOU SANI Hilaire commended the laureates for their brilliant performance and hailed their excellent demonstration. He equally urged them to be creative and to go beyond the achievements of those before them in order to make the Defence Forces proud.

The colourful ceremony ended with the award of certificates to the graduates.
