With an average of 16.57 on 20, Sergeant Sabrina Djongang Ngongang is the first of the three hundred and thirty-two (332) National Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officers who just graduated from school.
They started training on June, 28th 2024 and on February, 28th 2025, they arrived the finished line. During this period, NGONGANG’s physical, intellectual and disciplinary aptitude distinguished her from her course mates. Her spirit of camaraderie and quest to learn more of the profession she has embraced was conspicuous.
Born on February 23rd, 2002 in BARΓ, this native of the West Region in the NDE Division, was recruited in to the 8th batch of Gendarmerie Non-commissioned Officers after succeeding the competitive entrance examination. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Dschang, a degree she obtained in 2022 before she was incorporated in the National Gendarmerie immediately after.
As the second child of a family of 4 siblings, Sabrina Djongang Ngongang plans to continue her studies alongside her job. She is investing time to prepare the entrance examination into the military academy as one of her visions is to serve her country as an officer. Presently, she is on duty at the Douala II, Gendarmerie Research Brigade.
