On Friday, 21 November, the Courtyard of the High Command for Schools and Training Centers ( CECIG) of the Gendarmerie proudly hosted the closing ceremony of the 42nd Technical Aptitude Certificate number 2 General Service Course. Presided over by the Central Director of Coordination, Brigadier General LOUBA ZAL Pierre, the event was marked with the celebration of discipline, commitment, and excellence, as an entire cohort successfully completed their training.

To kick start the ceremony, the Commander of CECIG, Colonel Engozo’o Sylvain, in his welcome adress congratulated the 997 trainees for their exemplary conduct and unwavering dedication throughout the program. He retirated that their success story is thanks to their hardwork, discipline and professionalism.

Next on the rostrum, was Lieutenant MOHAMADOU MOUSSA, the course Director, he outlined the key phases of the training, emphasizing the rigorous requirements and the sustained efforts made by the trainees to meet professional benchmarks.

A defining moment came with the announcement of results by Lieutenant Colonel BOUM MBADI Charles, Director of Studies. All 997 trainees were declared successful, making a 100% success rate. The top trainee distinguished himself with an outstanding average score of 17.16, while the overall cohort achieved an average of 14.2.

In his closing remarks, Brigadier General LOUBA ZAL Pierre encouraged the newly certified trainees to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in the field, remain exemplary in their service, and continue to uphold the core values of the national gendarmerie. He added that their success not only reflects their hard work but also the dedication of the instructors and leadership who guided them to triumphed.
