THE LITTORAL GENDARMERIE LEGION ROUNS-UPS REFRESHER COURSE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT TECHNIQUES
Friday, 23 January 2026 marked the end of the refresher course in law enforcement techniques and professional intervention.

The exercice, which began on 14 January and ended on 23 January 2026, took place over ten days at the Squadron Group No. 2 (Camp Mboppi) in Douala. The aim was to improve the skills and professionalism of the gendarmes for effective responsiveness in law enforcement situations and more effective professional interventions.

The simulation during the final exercise of the refresher course was supervised by Brigadier General EKONGWESE Divine NNOKO, Commander of the Second Gendarmerie Region (COMRG2), who, in his speech, reiterated the importance of this refresher course in a crisis situation.

The exercise was conducted by Colonel OTOULOU Jean Pierre, Commander of the Littoral Legion, and commanded by Lieutenant-Colonel NKONDJE MBELLA, Commander of the Mobile Gendarmerie Squadron Group No. 2.
