DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of State to the Minister of Defense in charge of the National Gendarmerie, Galax ETOGA, announces with deep sorrow the passing of Lieutenant-Colonel Hervé Dimitri ABADA, Deputy Director of Personnel at the National Gendarmerie, who passed away on the morning of March 12, 2026, following an illness.
