Compulsory Check of Value and Individual Physical Aptitude (COVAPI) of personnel of the 402nd Fire Company of Kousséri.

Monday, December 11, 2023 in the morning, the personnel of the 402nd Fire Company of Kousséri carried out a COVAPI under the supervision of the Lieutenant, Company Commander.

This COVAPI consisted of the following sporting and military events:

– the recovery board;

– pull-ups on a fixed bar in pronation;

– abs;

– a Cooper test.

This COVAPI aims to prepare men for the next Operational Aptitude Check (CAO) and assess the physical level of the personnel, in order to readjust the practice of Military and Sports Physical Training if necessary.
