On arrival of the emergency services, stocks of mattresses and various products were totally engulfed in flames, generating a high risk of spreading to neighbouring homes and the adjacent hospital.

The teams immediately set up two water hoses to fight the flames and protect the neighbouring areas. After several hours of intense effort, the fire was brought under control, and continuous monitoring was put in place to prevent any recurrence.

The company suffered considerable material damage. Sadly, one person lost his life and three others were seriously injured.
