Rescue excavation in the Beka Hosseré district of Ngaoundéré.
On Monday 1st January 2024 at around 10.30am, the Ngaoundéré operational watch post was alerted to a rescue in an excavation in the Beka Hosseré district.

The victim was a man aged around 41 who had fallen down a 27 m shaft. After 03 days of searching, the body was extracted, packaged and left at the disposal of the hygiene department of the Ngaounderé 1er town hall.

The fire brigade sends its condolences to the bereaved family.
