Rescuing a victim in the Domayo district of Maroua.

On Wednesday, 27 December 2023 at around 4:45am, emergency services from the 401st Fire Company in Maroua were alerted to a man aged around 65 who had been stabbed in the head in the Domayo district of Maroua.

The firefighters reacted quickly and evacuated the man to the emergency department of the Maroua regional hospital.
