Who is an Ex- Serviceman? Any Cameroonian citizen, having served either in the national armed forces or in foreign forces on account of the pre-independence institutions, or having served within a multinational force or mission under the aegis of an international organisation,Any retired officer of the National Gendarmerie, the Army, with the exception of those struck off the roll, or sent on automatic retirement for breach of honour or for disciplinary reasons, Any Cameroonian citizen who has served in the National Civic Guard and who has not been struck off.
