The morning began at the ESG, the cradle of national strategic thought. This institution brings together civil and military leaders to address security and national development challenges. Sharing a very similar vocation to that of the Simbock ESIG, this visit fostered fruitful exchanges on Cameroonian and Brazilian approaches to high-level strategic training.

The delegation was then received by EMGEPRON (𝐸𝑚𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑎 𝐺𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑒 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑗𝑒𝑡𝑜𝑠 𝑁𝑎𝑣𝑎𝑖𝑠). This state-owned company manages naval projects on behalf of the Brazilian Navy. The presentation provided the student officers with deep insights into the Brazilian model of partnership between the State and the naval industry, ensuring sovereign control over the country’s maritime capabilities.

The day concluded at the IME, a hub for defense technological innovation. The delegation toured three advanced laboratories dedicated to robotics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. These facilities reflect Brazil’s commitment to anchoring its Defense in disruptive technologies, which are now essential for operational superiority.

This sixth day successfully demonstrated that modern military power is not just an accumulation of assets, but stems from a coherent architecture linking strategic doctrine, an industrial base, and technological innovation. Once again, it reaffirms the relevance and strength of the military cooperation between Cameroon and Brazil.
