In-service training: Graduation of the 15th batch of CAT2 course for specialists of the National Gendarmerie
Graduates of the 15th batch of Technical Aptitude Certificate No.2 Course for Specialists of the National Gendarmerie received their certificates on Friday, 10 January 2025.

The ceremony took place at the esplanade of the High Command for Gendarmerie Schools and Training Centres, under the chairmanship of Colonel BOUM BISSOUE Raymond, Deputy Central Director of Coordination (DCC/A).

237 servicemen of the National Gendarmerie, including 18 female staff, took part in this intensive training which lasted two months. Besides the training in the fight against terrorism, trainees were also educated on the band of the Armed Forces and were taught theoretical and practical lessons in order to meet manifold current security challenges.

The Colonel DCC/A, who was representing the Secretary of State to the Minister of Defence in charge of the National Gendarmerie (SED/CGN) instructed the graduates, all of whom are Lance Corporals, to be disciplined, to be available, and to stand firm. In a nutshell, they should demonstrate a commitment to professionalism in the performance of their tasks.

The highest average obtained was 15.69.
