THE NEW CENTRAL DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTIC OF THE NATIONAL GENDARMERIE TAKES COMMAND
On 30 September, 2026, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Defence, in charge of the National Gendarmerie, Galax ETOGA, installed Brigadier General ELOUNDOU E. Mesmin Magloire Aristides as the Central Director of Administration and Logistics (DCAL), at the Central Services Ceremonial Hall of the National Gendarmerie.
