The final pitted the Armed Forces FC team including military, gendarmes, police and customs officers against Yabogo FC, composed of motorbike taxi riders, traders and farmers. Team Yabogo won the match by scoring the only goal of the game.
Played in front of military and local authorities and a large crowd, this competition showed that sport is an effective lever for dialogue, peace and resilience in Kolofata, Mayo-Sava Division, Far North Region.
